Cancellation Policy

Plants are living, perishable products and their health is influenced by environmental factors beyond our control. While Vancouver Plant Lady provides professional care, plant survival cannot be guaranteed. Ongoing maintenance services do not include plant replacements. Plants installed by us are covered for one week after installation to ensure safe transport and initial adjustment. Replacement during this period is assessed at our discretion. A consultation is required before repotting or replacement services. Virtual consultations are complimentary; in-person consultations are offered at a discounted rate. Maintenance visits are billed at $100/hour or per visit, with time prorated after the first hour. Repotting, specialty treatments, materials, decorative pots, predatory insects, and large deliveries are billed separately. We take care to protect your space. Any damage caused directly by our work will be assessed and addressed. We are not responsible for damage related to leaking or cracked pots, condensation, or water exposure to surfaces. Paid parking and applicable travel fees may be added to the invoice. Larger projects may require additional team members, billed at $60/hour, to complete work efficiently. One missed/No show appointment or late cancellation is waived; after that, 50% of the appointment fee applies with less than 24 hours’ notice.
